Tesla Roadster Simulator: a free browser stunt game
Tesla Roadster Simulator is a free, no-download browser game inspired by the dramatic launch-event stunt: a sports car that sticks to a ramp, rides it upside down, fires its thrusters and flips back onto its wheels. You drive, you stick, you thrust, you land. It runs on desktop and on phones.
How to play
- Build speed. Hold W to accelerate on the road. You need roughly 20 m/s to reach the top of the ramp.Ride the ramp. The car sticks to the surface automatically, so keep the throttle down. Run out of air and you fall off.Fly. In the air, W S A D fire the nose, tail, left and right jets. Shift fires them all.Land. Get the wheels back down, level, and not too fast. Half a pitch or half a roll is enough to flip back.
Two levels
L1 Ramp: ride the full circular ramp upside down, launch, flip and land. L2 Car Jump: take off with the thrusters and clear a row of five cars on a raised platform. Land short and the run fails.
Scoring
Points come from flips, time spent inverted, distance flown, landing quality and, in L2, the cars you clear. Your best score is saved in your browser, and the result screen can copy a share text for friends.
Controls
Keyboard: W S A D, Shift, R restart, M mute, 1 2 switch level. Touch: an on-screen pad and a JET button appear on phones and tablets. Play in landscape.
